When you need your garage door repaired in Saddlebrooke, there's a good chance you'll look online for someone who does "garage door repairs in Tucson". That's fine... they're probably willing to drive to Saddlebrooke, but the question is, how long will it take them? If your car is stuck in the garage (or you can't get in to your house), you probably want someone there ASAP!
While I (John, of John's Garage Doors) provide services around Tucson, I live in the NW/Oro Valley area and this is where I do most of my jobs. When you call me, there's a good chance I'm not far from you and I can come over sooner than later and get your garage door working again quickly. Whether there's an issue with the garage door opener or you have a broken torsion spring, I'm ready and equipped to come help you quickly!
In addition to being readily available, you also want to make sure you're calling an experienced professional. Someone that you can trust to not only do the job right, but to be honest with you about what is wrong and what it will cost to get things working again.
With over 25 years in the business of installing and repairing garage doors and door openers, replacing torsion springs, door panels, rollers and bent overhead door tracks, I can tell you that not many technicians in Tucson, Arizona are going to have more experience than me. And because I run such a small, tight operation (it's mostly just me, John the owner, who does all the work), I can tell you that you aren't likely to find a better price from any other garage door repair service in town either.
What you won't get when you hire John's Garage Door Repair is a big, fancy truck with my company name and logo wrapped all around it (OK, maybe just on the tailgate!) You won't see my name on TV or up on billboards all around the Tucson area either.
I'm confident that a single service call to John's Tucson garage door repair service will be the only call you'll need to make to get your garage door working again.
What might surprise many people is that a broken garage door spring is a common occurrence. It's really not a question of if it's going to happen to your garage door, but when.
Garage door springs help to raise these massive doors that can weigh in at 400 pounds (as well as lower them under control). As you can imagine, these springs are under a lot of tension and have a typical lifespan of around 10,000 cycles (meaning opening/closing your garage door 10,000 times). At some point, they just give out and break.
When that happens, it really is best to simply call a nearby professional to take care of things for you. Some people opt for the DIY approach, but considering the hassle and danger of the installation as well as possibly doing it incorrectly, ask yourself if it's really worth it?
Being that I live near Saddlebrooke, I can usually respond to a repair call very quickly. The best thing you can do is just pick up the phone and give me a call and check!
good morning everybody just want to show you this got an interesting development yesterday I got off work came home and mowed the grass and went inside to clean up and I heard a loud banging noise and I thought what is a hat and then find out what it was until a bit later let me show you this this is a spring then I guess as tension on it so that when you get the garage door opener it helps the tension pull the garage of up this could be the spring itself broke made a very loud violent noise when it broke too so luckily the people who installed it on here and you're still in business we get my ball and I'm going to come out today and fix it but that sure was loud and violent when I heard it sure is one of those things that would fix it all by himself and some miraculous way seeing is now I don't know how to fix it nor do I have the time or the know-how and don't want to end up breaking it worse i'm just calling people to come fix it so that's a new development should be fun everybody doing good well it didn't take too long to fix it he went ahead and replace both springs it's good to go ahead and do both he said this one would write it for about ten thousand uses pretty interesting to watch and do it under a lot of tension but he would show me how to balance it knowledge stuff pretty neat still like a job I want to do with myself it's better to have somebody knows what they're doing to it but all done cool
