Great experience! John arrived promptly and provided excellent service. He fixed only what was necessary, but offered options if I wanted more. He work quickly and made sure everything worked properly before he left. He was easy to communicate with and the price was reasonable.

Today I had John out to my house to repair my Garage Door that my Wife and Daughter have both hit.. I had an appointment at 11am and John showed up 10 mins early! I loved this about John, on time is good but early is always better in my option!! BEST IN TOWN!! I will HIGHLY recommend "John's Garage Doors"

I had one of the big companies come out to repair my garage door opener. The belt was hanging out of the channel. I told them the brand name when I made the appointment and when they arrived, they said that they could not repair that brand, only replace. They pointed out a "frayed" cable and gave me an estimate of over $1k to replace the motor assembly. $1200 if I wanted wi-fi. I thought the estimate was a bit high so I declined. Enough about them though, lets talk about John. He arrived early for his appointment and replaced the opener with the same product that the other guys had bid for LESS THAN HALF the price. Oh, and the cable was $20 to replace, not $200. And, get this, I got the wi-fi "option" too. John was extremely professional, knew his stuff and was done and gone in about an hour. The new lift works perfectly. Call John for garage door repairs. You won't be disappointed

John was amazing he did incredible work. I thought my door was done for, I figured I'd be paying thousands of dollars to get it fixed. But John saved me a ton of time,heartache, and money. A STRAIGHTFORWARD APPROACH
Recently my 14 Year Old builder grade Garage Door opener failed catastrophically. I researched replacement options at the normal retail locations (Home Depot, Lowes, Costco) and was not impressed with their offerings or pricing to wholly replace my Garage Door System. I had a number of uncomfortable calls with pushy salespeople UNTIL I found John. I was referred by a neighbor to John, and quickly noticed his many positive reviews on Google of both his service and the equipment he provides.
John removed and replaced both my Garage Door opener, My Garage Door Chain and Rail assembly, and my Garage Door Springs / Torsion system. He provided a highly rated Liftmaster 8365W-267 opener / and Liftmaster G1707 Chain and Rail assembly. He provided a high quality Torsion/Spring system. He provided all of the Bracketing / Framing / Fasteners necessary to for the Installation / Repair.
Unlike the retail stores, after I described in detail my needs John was able to give me an accurate and detailed estimate over the phone which he confirmed promptly when arriving to perform the Work. John’s pricing was competitive and fair, I feel I saved money and got a higher quality Product/Installation than the other options I solicited.
John texted me as he was en-route to my home, and arrived promptly at the agreed time to perform the Work. John’s availability to perform the work was much faster than the retail options I solicited.
John came prepared with all of the tools and parts needed to perform a quality installation and repair, including elements of the Work I had not anticipated.
Overall I was impressed with John’s professionalism, his straightforward approach, and his high quality Work and equipment.
I will recommend John to my Neighbors and Friends for their Garage Door needs.

I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but my experience using John and his service was so great I felt it was worth my time to write this. He was on time, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and meticulous about making sure things were done correctly. Another estimate I got was 2x as much and included a second service we didn’t actually need. His prices were very fair and he didn’t try to up-sell me anything I didn’t need. I will be sure to utilize John’s services, if needed and have passed his info along to friends. If you’re in need of anything to do with a garage he is the man to call!

Highly highly recommend! John was fast, efficient, friendly, and saved us $400! Our spring broke trapping our car in our garage. I had a large company come out to give us a quote (they wouldn't over the phone). Big mistake! We waited several hours and the repairman tried to upsell a complete rebuild telling us it was necessary. Their quote was insane! I called John and he quoted me over the phone 1/3 of the price. He was at our house in 10 minutes. Yes, 10 minutes, on a Saturday! He also did not try and upsell unnecessary parts. In fact, when asked about the particular parts, he said he would replace them if we wanted but it wasn't necessary. I appreciated his honesty.
Thank you again John. You will always be our first call for any garage door needs. We will be sure to pass your business card along to friends and family.

I was overwhelmed with the responsiveness of this team! We got up this morning and learned we couldn't open the garage door. Both cars were inside the garage! I called my home warranty plan and they said they couldn't send someone out until the following Monday (its Wednesday!). Then they told me there would be there would be an extra service charge if they sent someone out today. Plus they told me they couldn't fix it if it was a problem with the springs or anything to do with the assembly so what was the point of that service call (and expense) I wonder. Totally worthless! So I canceled the vendor associated with my home warranty company and called John's Garage Doors and they said "sure they would be there in 45 minutes!" Not only were they here on time but they gave us very reasonable prices and rebuilt our entire assembly (25 years old and boy did it need it!) plus replaced the corroded rubber gasket on the bottom of the door and fixed the light in the garage door opener that wouldn't stay on. The garage door is now smoother and quieter and they were real pleasure to work with. Very professional and reasonable prices. Can't say enough about their responsiveness and professionalism! Highly recommend this company for any and all garage door problems!

First time I used John. Excellent service! I called him he was here in an hour with his grandson. I had a broken spring and the door needed new cables and rollers. They had the job done in less than an hour. Very reasonably priced. Couldn't expect any better. Thank you fellows.

Went to head out to work this morning and my garage door wouldn't open all the way, turns out the tension spring broke. Contacted John after receiving his information from our landlord, and he was able to come over shortly afterwards and get a new sping on the door quickly and affordably. Highly recommend calling John for any garage door needs

Our spring broke and we also needed to replace our opener. After calling around and getting prices we called John. John was here in under an hour and finished in under an hour. John's prices were significantly better than any of the others!!!! I'll be telling all my neighbors and friends to call John's Garage Doors!!!!

This is the second time I have used John's Garage Doors. I am very pleased with the response time, work done and customer service. John is very personable, upbeat and a pleasure to talk to.
The first time John came out I have a double garage door that would start going down and them go back up. After examining it he determined the eyes were not placed correctly and the door was slightly out of adjustment. The previous garage door company had said they could find nothing wrong. John made the repairs and I have not had one issue in the last year.
This time I called John because my single garage door no longer operated. He knew immediately it needed to be replaced, less that an hour later I had a new motor and all is working great.
John explained the operation of the new motor, ask if I have any questions and said if I had any issues to let me know.
I find it hard to find great people like John, I will use John for all my garage door needs and refer him to anyone that garage door issues.

We have been very pleased with the service we've received from John. Another company had told us that we needed to replace our door and springs which would have been expensive. John had a different opinion about what needed to be fixed and it cost us much less. The door is still working well 6 months later. Recently we called him on another issue that turned out to be not serious and he didn't charge us for the service call. Great guy!

Honestly, the best service I've received from a business since moving to Arizona (Oro Valley) in 2005. John was at our door within 30 minutes of our call and finished all necessary repairs within an hour of arrival, which in our case consisted of replacing a busted spring. Furthermore, John at no point attempted to up-sell us during his service call. It may be worth noting, the two previous companies to make service calls are both at of business.

John is amazing - highly recommended. I recently called him on a Sunday afternoon and he was at my home repairing my off-track garage door within 30 minutes. He has proven honest, his prices are more than reasonable and he truly cares about taking care of his customers. His is the only number I will call for my garage door needs.

Heard a giant bang just as my wife was leaving, went out to the garage to investigate and saw that one of the springs had snapped in two. I called John and he fit me in right away to come out and replace my springs. He also noticed that the cables were fraying and replaced those as well so I don't have another problem down the line. Prompt courteous and professional service, it just doesn't get any better than this!
